The renowned bird species that are to be found inside the forest reserves of the Tadoba National Park are the Grey Headed Fish Eagle, Crested Serpent Eagle, peacocks, etc. The place has a history that dates long back and the Gond Kings once ruled over the forests across the place and the vicinity of the Chimura Hills as well.
