Day 1 – Guwahati to Kaziranga National Park (4 hours)
Arrive at Guwahati Airport in the morning and transfer to Kaziranga National Park. Arrive at Kaziranga National Park and check into your Hotel/Resort. Go for an afternoon Jeep Safari into the interiors of the Kaziranga National Park. Evening Bonfire can be arranged on request.

Day 2 – Kaziranga National Park to Mon (7 Hours)
Early morning go for an Elephant Safari into the Kaziranga National Park. After Breakfast travel to Mon in Nagaland. The land of the Legendary Head Hunting Konyak tribes of Nagaland, Mon is a principal district of Nagaland. The Konyaks are known for their exquisite facial tattoos and excellent carving skills. Arrive at Mon and spend time at the local villages of Mon.

Day 3 – Mon – Longwa – Mon
Early morning we travel to Longwa. The land of the Konyak tribes Longwa village has become a popular destination as this village has one half falling in India and another half in Myanmar. Longwa village has the home of chief, Angh, one half of the Angh’s house falls within Indian territory, whereas the other half lies under Myanmar control. However, the whole village is controlled by the Angh and the village Council Chairman. He has 60 wives and he rules over the 60 villages of Konyak tribe of Naga people, a tribe known for tattooed face and Headhunting, extending up to Myanmar and Arunachal Pradesh. Explore the village of Longwa and spend the day with the tribes and visit the Kings home. Return back to Mon.

Day 4 – Mon to Majuli Island (6 -7 hours)
Today we travel to the World’s largest River Island at Majuli. Majuli Island in Assam is hub of the Neo Vaishnavite cult of Assam and is home to numeros religious Monasteries called the Satras. The island is also renowned across the World for its art of traditional mask making, traditional pottery making and the Sattriya Nritya which is among the Eighth Classical Dance forms of India. Arrive at Majuli Island. Evening visit the Uttar Kamalabari Satra to watch the performance of the Sattriya Nritya. Enjoy a sumptuous Mishing Tribe Cuisine in the evening.

Day 5 – Majuli Island
Today explore the mysteries of the Largest River Island in the World. Visit the various Satras of Majuli Island. Learn about the traditional art of mask making at the Samaguri Satra and the Art of pottery making at Salmara village. Spend your time fishing around the lakes of Majuli and evening at leisure at a local village with the Mishing tribes of Majuli sipping a mug of Rice Beer – ‘Apong’.

Day 6 – Majuli Island – Ziro Valley (8 Hours)
After an early breakfast depart to Ziro Valley in Arunachal Pradesh. The Land of the Legendary Apatani Tribes, the Aptanis of Ziro are a principal tribes inhabiting the State of Arunachal Pradesh. The Apatani women are characterized by interesting nose plugs and facial tattoos. Arrive at Ziro Valley.

Today spend your day at the magical land of Ziro Valley. Spend your day at the Apatani villages learning their way of life. Explore the lush green paddy fields of Ziro Valley.
